Microsoft's Outlook says "No" to Facebook Chat and Google Chat

Today Microsoft announced that they will be discontinuing Support for Facebook Chat in Outlook.com. They will also be discontinuing Google Chat (Now Hangout) due to Google's decision to discontinue the chat protocol used by Google Talk.
Google is discontinuing is Google Talk chat protocol because they are re-branding it as Hangout which is Google's answer to Skype.

Here is the copy of Microsoft's Email Declaring this:

This move of Microsoft is most probably to establish Skype as regular IM . As of now most people use Skype only  for VoIP purposes. For chatting people are dependent of Facebook(Whatsapp).

Also this step by Microsoft seems to make outlook another Gmail. As Gmail there is just Hangout option and no other third party services .

Hope that this step will help Skype and not harm Outlook.com.
