How to remove recent files and folder from Quick Access in Windows 10

Quick Access is one of the new things introduced in Windows 10 which keeps record of recently accessed files and folder, so you can easily access them again. But some you may not like it. May be because you use a shared PC or you simply don't like it.
Fortunately there is option in Windows 10 to disable it without any registry hacks.


Just open folder option and uncheck the check-boxes saying "Show recently used files in Quick access" & "Show recently used folders in Quick access" as shown in image below.
 Now all the recent files and folder will be vanished from the Quick access and you will only see those files and folder which you have actually pinned up.
